Silvia Castro, MBA has more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, workforce development and multi-cultural marketing strategy. She has worked extensively with executives, launched her own organizations and initiatives, and worked with Fortune 500 companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Westminster College and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
Luz Escamilla, MPA has extensive experience in the area of cultural expertise and systematic changes of inclusion and outreach to different groups in the non-profit, government and private sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Utah. Ms. Escamilla is a Utah State Senator.
Anna Maria Freeman has over 20 years of experience in the areas of process improvement, customer service, client sustainability and cost reduction. Ms. Freeman has led successful projects and initiatives in the customer service, healthcare, manufacturing and online retail industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems and Education and is certified as a Master Black Belt from the Six Sigma Academy.
Sonya Martinez, MSW has over 15 years of experience in social work, advocacy, and community development. Sonya is an experienced non-profit administrator, who understands workforce management from a multicultural framework. Sonya currently serves on the Utah Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission, and served on the Utah Anti-discrimination and Labor Division Advisory Council. She holds a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Utah, a Certificate in Non-profit Management from Georgetown’s Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership and is licensed as a Certified Social Worker.
